Volunteer
With only 4 employees, DASA relies heavily on the support of volunteers to implement quality programs for cognitively age appropriate children who are physically disabled, visually impaired, deaf, or hard of hearing. Please view the snapshot of volunteer opportunities:

  • Interpreters (various 8-week commitments and during Mike Bush Fantasy Baseball Camp for one-week in June)
  • Coaches (coach an 8-week of swimming, basketball, and other sports)
  • Martial Arts Instructor (instruct an 8-week session and/or enhance a day of CAMP WECANDU)
  • Therapists (physical or occupational therapists are needed to ensure quality programs)
